if a user has the legacy AT&T unlimited digital plan, is there any risk that would get negotiated out by billshark unknowingly?

Almost broke the upvote button hitting it so hard. Looks like under the Nike SB's theres a full spectrum of Janoskis but zero mention of Kostons or P-Rods, is more "stock" being slow rolled? Love the user portfolios, are these value amounts authenticated by transactions wholly through StockX to date, or limited eBay tracking like the ADP?
