This is a very interesting and promising tool! I'm particularly interested in use cases involving product demos and sending short and impactful welcome video emails to customers, i.e., using the same original video but leveraging Vozo to quickly customize it for each case.

Alex, very interesting, congrats on the launch! You've mentioned about 300+ integrations and it's noted on your site as well, would you, please, expand on that what do you use for integration is it just built-in APIs? And what are some well-know applications that you can integrate with, Salesforce/Workday/etc.?

Hi Casper, Given your background wanted to get your insights on this. So there's a concern that AI could replace human roles in the publishing industry, such as editors or proofreaders and others. What's your opinion on this? Thanks and congrats!

Hi Dan, Congrats on the launch! What catalyzed the launch of your product? What are some unique value propositions of Viable that one can't get in some other similar tools, for example, Qualtrics?

This call to action isn't completely clear. What's the objective really? Who are the right people/institutions to do this pause? What can the 6 months timeline do? Other companies/countries are developing their own, do they have to pause as well or is it just Open AI/USA?
What's your take on the call to pause GPT-4.5/GPT-5?

OneNote, the tool is underrated, pretty slick design and portable and accessible in desktop/tablet/phone. You can "write notes" but it could be typing/hand writing/recording audio/recording video/screenshots/etc. And it's already included in the MS Office package. The best bang for the buck!

This one is a thorny question and definitely not a black and white one. The answer will very depending on your product, industry, marketplace, etc. For instance, OpenAI didn't put a lot of resources into marketing ChatGPT but despite that it has taken the world by storm; because of great engineering and usability so focus on marketing wasn't relevant as much at least for now. On the other hand,...

1. Your customers are proactively providing you with negative/positive feedback about your work/product/feature. 2. You might have back-end usage data available, pull that data and dig deeper to see what and how the customers are using your product. 3. Surveys. Find out whether your customers actually care or use what you're spending your time and efforts on.

A lot of great points have been mentioned here already, you can leverage those. I'd add you can try sharing your insights by commenting on questions or posts here and also being open to challenging your own ideas and assumptions. If a person has one's social media profile available feel free to send a connection request mentioning PH.
Any ideas on how to leverage PH and/or other communities to make friends with other makers?

Not as AI as ChatGPT but I've used these tools in the past doing data validation and analytics type of work that had repetitive workstreams. These helped me to improve my productivity dramatically both by not doing tasks manually and scheduling them to run during certain times. I don't use these in my current role though:-) 1. AutoHotkey - it's an old-school and open-source scripting tool that...

The success of the launch depends on the product at hand, i.e. Facebook, Stripe, and Slack each would have different metrics to gauge the success of their product/feature. Usually, before your launch, you'd have some opinion about what would success look like so start with that.
How do you measure the success of a product or feature launch? 🤔

Off the top of my head, some Airlines leverage content creators, for instance, popular YouTubers to review their business or first-class airplane seats. Those videos go to YT, FB, IG, and many more for millions of viewers to see and go viral ultimately.

NPS and Surveys. NPS: Net Promoter Score is basically asking "on a scale of 0 to 10 how likely is it that you would recommend our product to your friend or colleague or family?" 1. Promoters (scores 9 to 10) - they liked your product. 2. Passives (scores 7 to 8) - they aren't sure about your product. 3. Detractors (scores 0 to 6) - they didn't like your product. Basically, you'd calculate the...

It's a good approach and stems from the value-based strategy, i.e. incorporating customers' feedback into product roadmaps (relying on customers’ perceived value of a given feature/bug). The caveat should be how many of those likes are from valid users who use Twitter and how many are from those who are Elon Musk's fanbase.
