For those of you out there who have been in the Product Hunt community for a while or have launched a product, what top tips do you have to get engaged with this community and launch a successful product? At Alset, we created a mobile app for bartering and I'm curious to know if your startup barters? For example, to barter programming skills for marketing, etc. We feel this could be a really useful way for startups to make strides forward using their resources creatively rather than burning through cash.
What are your thoughts on this idea?

You can take advantage of free favors, barter one service for another, buy or sell, pay with cash or PayPal. The app only charges a 0.50 cent fee for any cash.
