Hi, I'm Ian. I spent 20 years in the investment banking industry and then worked on multiple UK Government projects, becoming a UK Government Futurist working for the Cabinet Office (the office of the Prime Minister). I'm the co-founder of Hug Agency which launched a recruitment firm that gifted the net hiring fee back to workers. It does so over 24 months while we teach the three pillars of financial education (something we believe should be taught in school). As they learn, the workers can invest 1/24th of the hiring fee we gifted them, to build their own asset portfolio. Recently, we introduced ChatterHug, to help people make better informed investment decisions, but it's powered by my and few colleagues hedge fund technology which we decided to share.
