I’ve been testing *a lot* of Helpscout alternatives recently and Thrivedesk came out top of the pile. Good feature set. Regularly updated. Nice integration into your own email system. A couple of tweaks needed for it to be the perfect solution (customisable autoresponder avatars for example) but they’re on the way apparently. Well worth checking out.

Have been Integrately for some time and switching over from Zapier. it was already easier to use than Zapier and with some better connections - for example the Memberpress connections are more extensive and seem to be more reliable than Zapier too. Really looking forward to getting in to 2.0!
