For me it was when I realised that i was no longer so passionate about my role and coundnt really see any next roles that would solve that issue. The way i did it was the expensive way, via an MBA, but i don't think you need that for most career changes. The better and cheaper way to do it is to start working on something in your spare time (whether it's blogging, coding, building a website or...

Getting an accountability partner could be a great idea. Have never done it myself but have certainly considered it. Basically it's another founder who you touch base with frequently to discuss progress and objectives (you act as a fake director for their company and vice versa). You do the weekly/daily drumbeats together and it gives the impression you're not working alone.

Munich - The Edge of War is amazing if you like suspense, so tense and great acting. Don't watch it if you like action though because there isnt much!

You can build an audience among your target customers, but it's important to provide them with a lot of value before trying to convert into sales. Some people also "build in public" where they document what they are working on, sharing the successes but also the failures, as they learn on the way.

Most of the big tech firms have their own models (Google, Amazon, IBM, to name a few). They are usually free for small usage but then charge above a certain amount of use. They all have APIs compatible with various coding languages (Python, JS, etc.) I've used both the Google one and the IBM one and both are good without being perfect.

For me it's inevitable since most of the younger generations are not on it (at least in Europe/US). It has an 'uncool' factor to it since parents/grandparents are on it. Facebook Groups seems to be fairly successful but not sure how long that will last
Fb's daily active users have fallen for the first time since its inception. What's your take?
