After long research I ended up with Nition, finding it much better than existing one. Pros: Clean, Multiple Templates, big variety of content types including embedded code. Cons: none yet.

I was using before Jira. The problem with lira was that it's too complicated and all it's normal plugins are payed. So I was always looking for alternatives and have tried MeisterTask few times. And last time i have tried it i liked a loot, time tracking, integrations with other services. UI is very friendly. Few things i'm missing is project organisation and gitlab integration. But i hope...
