PocketPMO is meant for Founders, Project Managers and Project Manager Officers. It allows them to quickly size, cost, plan track and report on multiple projects. Teams can be added, Stakeholders managed, Risks Registered and Budgets tracked.
Since I've never seen a product like this before, but always wanted it, I collected all of my thoughts and combined them into the Pocket PMO. A tool for Project Management Officers to Project Managers to anyone who wants quick insights into the running of a project. It uses but simplifies complex concepts such as PERT (not that hard) to CPM to Monte-Carlo to Earned Value, Earned Schedule and simplifies them so that they are easy to apply.
This is an MVP that saves everything in the browser memory (persistent storage) and doesnt require a login or credit card. It will remember your project the next time you come back.
