I’ve been building products for 20 years. Many were finished, almost none launched. Not a discipline problem, a confidence problem. I love designing products and can spend months refining every detail. But building alone for too long kills perspective. You see flaws, stop trusting it, and never ship. And today, as a solo builder, it’s even harder. You have to do everything: product, design, marketing, distribution, often without feedback or the skills that drive visibility. I’ve spent years trying to break that ceiling. Damn. I’m 36. Mom, look, I finally launch something!
