I've been using Otter.ai and Fireflies for meeting recording, transcription, and notes. One feature I find really annoying is how it automatically sends the recording to all participants—sometimes I just want to keep the notes personal and tweak them myself. So, I really appreciate the idea of keeping notes personal with the ability to modify them. That said, after two weeks of using the product, I ran into a funny but frustrating issue—I keep forgetting to stop the recording after the meeting ends 😅. It just keeps recording for hours afterward, which is kind of a mess. It’d be awesome if you could integrate with the user's calendar and send a desktop notification when the meeting starts and ends, reminding them to start/stop recording.
