What's great
The affordability and speed are unmatched for a small business. We use NepVox for two main purposes: generating high-quality IVR (Interactive Voice Response) prompts for our phone system, and creating short, engaging voiceovers for our social media ads. The Pro Plan gives us plenty of characters and image generations every month without a massive upfront investment. The voices sound professional, and the platform is intuitive—I can create, edit, and download a voiceover in minutes without needing to hire a sound engineer or voice actor.
What needs improvement
Customer support on the Pro plan is "Standard"—it's responsive but sometimes takes a little longer to resolve complex API queries than I'd like. The UI could also benefit from an explicit "IVR Voice" filter to quickly narrow down the most suitable tones for a business phone system.
