It seems like I’ve been seeing Rootly being mentioned more and more every day. Clearly you guys have built something people need. a no-brainer really for anyone who wants to prevent customer churn. This former PM knows Incidents = bad ux = churn. So honestly, I’d classify you as “must have” as opposed to “nice to have".
