About

I’m an lifelong baseball fan who enjoys turning ideas into working products. Most recently, I’ve been building a physics-based baseball simulation engine to explore what happens when a bat meets a ball — from contact conditions to exit velocity, launch angle, direction, and spin. Outside of baseball, I enjoy building games, simulation tools, and experimenting with AI-assisted development. I’m interested in the intersection of engineering, physics, sports, and interactive software, and I’m always looking for interesting problems to build around. If you work in baseball, sports science, game development, simulation, or just love building unusual things, feel free to reach out.

Baseball Physics Lab - Change the contact. Explore the flight in 3D.

Explore how a bat meets a ball in a physics-based 3D lab. Adjust bat angle, impact point, speed, mass and incoming spin, then compare exit speed, launch angle, spin and flight. Pin A, change a setting and compute B. Compare drag and spin-induced lift, drag only, or vacuum flight, and explore weather effects. Free in your browser and on Windows, with seven languages and flexible units. Built with Astra's help. Model-based estimates, not validated real-world predictions.
