I went from leading a 24-person team that built a hybrid racing car (5th in India) to running operations at a burger delivery chain in Germany to co-founding an AI startup. The thread? I'm obsessed with making systems work better. After graduation, I moved to Germany for M.s in Management. While studying, I worked as Shift Manager at burgerme. Learned that operational excellence is the same skill whether you're on a factory floor or behind a burger counter. Currently co-founding InterviewAlly.tech. We built it because the gap between what people know and how they perform under pressure shouldn't decide their career. My background crosses mechanical engineering, German food delivery, quality control at tractor plants, real estate, and now AI. That range isn't a bug â it's the entire point.
