A scam. Most of the positive reviews here are from people who never had to claim the policy (or bot accounts possibly, see how they all have the same writing style)
The sign up process is butter smooth (that should have given me a clue in the first place), but once you need to use the policy they'll exploit anything they can to avoid paying, even if it's unrelated. I had to be taken urgently into a hospital for 4 days, and they exploited some prior minor cold symptoms to claim "pre-existence". They won't even elaborate on why, nor you'll get to discuss it, you'll simply get an email with "pre-existing conditions are not covered"
They even have a section called "Emergency treatment of a pre-existing illness or injury" that states that "emergency treatment of a pre-existing illness or injury is covered". Forget about that, it doesn't matter
Luckily I had another, real and serious insurance, that did cover everything, backing up my point
