I’m the founder of Ranked and a product builder focused on rethinking how people hire and get hired. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with startups, fast-growing teams, and international companies, and I kept seeing the same problem: hiring decisions were slow, resume-driven, and biased by format rather than real signal. That experience led to Ranked. I believe hiring should be: structured, not chaotic decision-driven, not resume-driven fast, fair, and human With Ranked, we’re building a new way to hire — one that replaces scrolling and filtering with clear ranking and comparison.
