This is brilliant. Empower females > attract the best females > attract the best males > huge advantage.

Seems geared to people that like two types of music. Classical and Weird New Age-y Synth. Would be more interesting if it had a more diverse set of stylistic musical tastes represented.

There is already a product named Ambassador. Venture-backed outfit that graduated Techstars Boston and is currently kicking all kinds of ass. :) https://getambassador.com/

I saw EcoVent at TS Boston Demo Day recently. Similar "whole house" concept except they are sensing _and_ controlling per room. Seems like an advantage for them, no?

EmbueMore than a smart thermostat. Sensors in every room.

The company I founded, @newmindgroup has sold, deployed and serviced 100s of Google Apps domains over the last several years. Clients are consistently perplexed that Google has not included this functionality by default in the product. I've seen this product before and every time I do I roll my eyes. :\ End rant. :)

This is something I will definitely use when crafting talks and blog posts. Two annoyances: Countdown on front page is obviously fake, reduces credibility. Showing birth and death years prominently on quotes comes off as tasteless if the quoted person is still alive.

App looks really interesting. Really not a fan of how the website hijacks browser scrolling though. :\

@Olivierpailhes appreciate the answers. For organizations that are passionate about customer experience, fast ring is key unfortunately. If I have 2-3 tiers in our call tree and 1 ring per tier + 1 ring of delay I'm up to 4 rings before I get to the end of the tree. Customers start abandoning at 3 rings. Customers that abandon calls feel abandoned by my company. Can't have that.

@Olivierpailhes have been looking for someone that does this right for a long time. Would love an invite. Key functionality that I feel is missing in most solutions: - Relationship-based routing: Attempt to route caller to the last person they spoke to first before hitting the call tree. - Fast ringtone: My team and our customers want to answer on the second or third ring. Hard to do if the...

@vondoom love the idea. Question about business model. Many subcom startups have a discount price component to the value prop. At $23/mo and lack of discount messaging on the site this feels like you are only offering the discovery side of the value prop. Do you feel that approach will provide enough value to attract a meaningful cohort of users and why? Will it be enough to attract novices? Of...

@rrhoover I believe the basic differentiator is that @uptoapp is focusing on helping users seamlessly discover events that they may be interested in without leaving the context of the calendar app. See the related link I added above for more detail.

Love the reciprocity model. +1 on segmenting testers. Would love to see a service like this that applies learnings to help designers ask more meaningful feedback questions in the same way Mailchimp helps people create more meaningful subject lines.
