We all feel a bit down some days, but some days especially feel gruelling. How do you tackle the feeling of frustration with the environment or in the extreme case anger? Do you have a specific method to controlling yourself, how do you manage yourself in situations like these?
I'd create a holiday called National Chillax Day ! Date: The first Monday of August. National Chillax Day is all about embracing the art of doing nothing and recharging our minds and bodies. It's a reminder to slow down, appreciate the little things, and prioritize our well-being in the simplest ways possible.

I get tons of "invitations" in my social channels and e-mail to vote for PH launches. Even if I respectfully deny, because I consider this a spam I still get messages like "it's just one click". I am sure lots of projects strive for that click and think that putting artificial clicks will change their business. It wont. Fake is a fake. I do support projects that I see posted and have a chance to try them. They of course need to contribute something to the areas that I am interested in.
