D5 Render

What's great

It has a very low barrier of entry when compared with other render programs that can achieve the same level of final image quality, many helpful features that allow flexibility in the free version

What needs improvement

The library of objects its really limited, specially in the free version

vs Alternatives

Because it's easy to use, the skill ceiling is very high, it has great support from the devs and it might be the best rendering software for the average student, designer and hobbyist that doesn't engage with 3d rendering often

How photorealistic are outputs compared to competitors?

That depends on my access to certain resources, but generally it's better

How fast are renders for client-ready images?

Way faster than other software i used for rendering, 3 minutes at most

Are animation tools sufficient for your projects?

Yes, they get the job done
