I needed to use Claude-opus-4 (thinking). I saw Sider.ai, and I purchased a one-month trial with an UNLIMITED plan. Upon checking again, I found that Claude-opus requires 20 advanced credits, and even with the unlimited plan, there are credit limitations. It stated that after using all credits, the quality of responses would decline, and I agreed to that. Based on this situation, I bought a one-month subscription. On the first day of using Claude-opus-4 (thinking), I was only able to use it once, and then I was limited to one use per day. Later, I switched to Claude-opus-4, and the same thing happened. Afterward, I requested a refund, but they refused (I communicated with them via email, back and forth, for about 4 days, with one reply each day). Later, I checked the website again and saw that it changed to: "Due to the limited concurrency and high operational costs of Claude 4 Opus, as well as a recent surge in user demand, each user is currently limited to one use per day."
