the point about building for the demo instead of the workflow hits hard. I have caught myself polishing visuals while ignoring whether anyone would actually use it daily.

For me, Step Functions worked well for orchestrating workflows, but debugging them can get painful. It solves one problem but introduce another.

using the key board to jump between tools is a great for me, and I appreciate the focus on a more direct interface.
