How do you get clarity when you’re stuck between two choices?

I have been thinking a lot about how people handle tough decisions. Not the small daily stuff, but the moments where both choices feel big and you keep going in circles. When I talk with friends, everyone seems to do something different. Some ask a bunch of people for advice. Others write things down. Some wait for a feeling to show up. A few just choose something random to see how they react.

So I wanted to ask here. When you are stuck between two real options and you do not know what feels right, what helps you move forward?

There is no right or wrong answer. I am just curious how other people go through this.
