This kind of tool is a must-have on the market today. I think that there is a big space for Social Web Suite if it's communicated well. It looks cool! Get more short promotional videos online, maybe a bigger focus on product UX/UI frequency and I would use much more icons, symbols, UI elements, but in a clear naive style with a little bit of a visual "cartoon simplicity" approach.
