Else runs real office work - spreadsheets, documents, decks - and charges per task instead of per month. Every run ends with an itemised receipt showing what that piece of work cost, and every published example links back to the run itself, so the figure is checkable rather than asserted. We also publish the per-task cost of everything we have run publicly as an open dataset.
