I'm a foster and volunteer at Furry Friends Animal Aid, a small foster-based cat rescue. After adopting from them last year I started fostering too — and quickly found myself buried in the behind-the-scenes work: scheduling vet appointments, updating spreadsheets, creating adoption contracts, chasing down vaccine records, and posting to social media. I built SendMeHome.pet because the tools rescues actually need didn't exist — and the tools that do are either not intuitive or way too expensive for smaller rescues.
