SendSpark is a video email tool that stands out with its Dynamic Video personalization feature. I was able to create one video and have the system automatically personalize the recipient's name and even use their company's website as a background. This saves a great amount of time for someone with a busy schedule, trying to scale their business, but not wanting to compromise the connections made from one-on-one sales. The platform integrates very well with Gmail and HubSpot, and the built-in analytics make it easy to see who watched or clicked through. The call-to-action settings are hidden and not clear to a first time user, and Gmail embedding can be a little slow. Neither issue is a deal breaker, but they do effect workflow speed.
