Why do you think most start-ups fail, poor strategy or poor execution?

Obviously, both are critical for survival. But which one actually moves the needle?

On one hand, you can prepare an incredible go-to-market strategy, but what good is it if your execution falls flat? If you don't have time to be consistent, your messaging is confusing, and your visuals are boring, nobody stays long enough to care about your plan.

AI didn't make my job easier. It made me full-stack overnight — as a beginner at everything.

I'm a product manager. My job used to have clear handoffs: I'd gather the material, hand it to a designer for mockups, then pass it to a front-end teammate to build.

Now, with AI, I do all of it myself. I've been building a product landing page almost entirely with AI, and I can go from an idea to a decent-looking page in one sitting. The first impression is genuinely impressive "wow, this actually looks like a real page."
