I have actively started tracking my sleep since a few months which helps me see trends in my mood and productivity and how it relates to my sleep quantity and quality. I am averaging 7 and a half hour of sleep these days which works good for me. Btw, I want to know what points do you disagree because I find them all pretty compelling. 👀
