What's great
I’ve been using RFP360 for managing RFPs, and what I like most is how it brings everything into one place. Earlier, we were juggling between Google Docs, Excel sheets, and emails, which was honestly messy and time-consuming.
The content library is a big plus—once you start building it, you don’t have to rewrite the same answers again and again. It saves a lot of time and keeps responses consistent. I also like how you can assign questions to team members and track progress without constantly following up.
It’s not a “magic tool,” but it definitely reduces a lot of manual effort and chaos in the RFP process.
vs Alternatives
We chose RFP360 mainly because of its content management and ease of collaboration. Other tools either felt too heavy or not very intuitive.
RFP360 felt more practical for day-to-day use. The learning curve is there, but once you understand it, it actually fits well into the workflow. Also, the ability to reuse answers and organize knowledge in one place made it more useful compared to alternatives.
