Great idea, I love the UI! Clean simple and easy to digest. I love the concept of ditching folders, we did the same thing with Office IQ. Why segregate something to one project given that there is bound to be some overlap across multiple different projects, roles, or teams that could all benefit from using this information without saving it to 10 different places.
