
My team and I first stumbled upon Memo after applying to TechStars. Memo is extremely helpful in organizing your thoughts and refining the substance needed for investor pitches. I think the examples and flow really helped tighten our information up. It's also a live document so as your company gains traction it can be tweaked without starting from scratch. I plan to use this throughout the duration of our start-up. We had one issue with the updates not saving but the Memo team responded to us and corrected the problem in under 24 hours; it has not happened since. That's killer customer support in my opinion.
