I am a software developer and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in web development, programming, and technology education. After completing my B.Sc. (Medical) and a Computer Science diploma from NIIT, I started my career as a computer instructor before moving into software development as a PHP developer. I spent 10 years in the IT industry and have been working independently since 2017, building websites and custom web applications for businesses. Through years of working closely with organizations, I noticed a common challenge: managing inquiries and follow-ups efficiently. This inspired me to build InqPilot, a simple and practical CRM designed to help businesses and educational institutions track inquiries, manage follow-ups, and improve conversions.
