I’ve had a great experience with Callgoose SQIBS so far. It simplifies IT incident handling with instant notifications and automatic task routing. The system is dependable, integrates well with our collaboration tools, and the mobile app makes it easy to manage incidents on the go. It would be even better if they added a few more advanced automation templates. Highly recommend for IT teams wanting faster, smarter operations.
