I've been making YouTube content since 2011 on my channel Hardisk (730K+ subscribers). Fifteen years in, one lesson stands above the rest: the thumbnail is the single biggest lever for a video's success — and most creators are still guessing. That's why I built Reflare: a platform that lets YouTubers A/B test their thumbnails with real performance data and generate new variants with AI, so every upload gets its best shot.
