I just downloaded Moderation because I've been trying to lose weight but just wanted to start by simply eating LESS gluten. I tried FitnessPal and SHYE (Show How You Eat), but both were too complicated and/or time-intensive/required remembering at meals, etc. So I ended up just making up an excel sheet that I color coded green and red for good or bad meals/snacks. Got to thinking about app...
