Phoneless Garden creates moments of awareness when you use your selected apps. User selects what apps are taken into account. User picks a time limit, for example 15 minutes and when it's hit, a short pause appears with one question: What brings you here? Then user chooses: continue with a timer, or close. Both are valid outcomes. When timer is reached again a new pause appears. Set day specific goals because not all days are the same. Track mood and compare it to usage.
