Helping people get off their phones.

About

I graduated from Harvard Divinity School (MTS '26) studying consciousness and mysticism in world religions. Afterward, I realized the biggest issue in my life was how much time my phone took away from me, but all the solutions already out there were counterproductive and made me depend on them rather than building me up and making me stronger. That's why I'm setting out to solve this issue through an app that brings conscious awareness to phone usage through community rather than through shame and dopamine-hijacking.

PhonePact - A gentler way to change your screen habits

You were never meant to fight the algorithm alone. PhonePact helps you use your phone less, without lockouts or shame. Set a realistic daily screen-time pact, choose privately what counts, and invite people you trust to support you. When you reach your pact point, your circle gets a simple screen-time check-in. Track your progress, share encouragement and notes, or request changes when life shifts. Your app activity stays private. It’s accountability without punishment, and you stay in control.

Something I found out during my time at grad school was that it was quite literally impossible to overcome my phone addiction by myself. I tried everything, and my conclusion was that my brain was just wired in a way where it would succumb to the power of screen dopamine every time.
