Not a dumb question at all!...the best external hunters are people who already have followers on Product Hunt and genuine interest in your type of product. I found mine by looking at successful launches in my category and seeing who hunted them. Reaching out is straightforward but be genuine. Don't just ask them to hunt your product. Share what you built, why it matters, and ask if they think...

Honestly, the biggest mistake I made was trying to rebuild everything from scratch once I hit the limits of no-code. I ended up wasting about 3 months rewriting stuff that already worked fine. Looking back, a much better approach would have been just figuring out exactly which parts actually needed real code and leaving the rest as is. And what really helped was bringing in one senior...
