
Unethical Billing Practices and Poor Customer Support
I’m extremely disappointed with PDFGuru’s customer service. Despite requesting a refund for an unauthorized charge, they refused, hiding behind rigid refund policies. I only intended to use the service once and contacted them promptly, but they showed no flexibility or genuine effort to resolve my concerns.
This lack of consideration for customers is unacceptable. I won’t use PDFGuru again and caution others against subscribing unless you’re okay with unexpected charges and unhelpful support. Customer satisfaction clearly isn’t their priority.
