Over the years of working on many products, I realized that writing a ton of ideas, visions, and todos is pure BS. you will end up with a huge pile of text that you can't bring to reality. If you have an idea that is possible to apply in the next few days just do it no need to write an essay about it. if it's not applicable in the near future forget about it. ideas are worthless!!!!
How do you organize your data while you're working on the product?

11pm - 4am. seems extremely odd but I'm on the extreme part of morningness-eveningness normal distribution. an important factor here is that each person should find his chronotype & his Myers & Briggs personality type to understand When & How to work in order to be productive. I'm an INTJ & a night owl so working alone at night is my optimal way to get things done.

1. Building a lot of features instead of one killer feature 2. Not marketing early enough 3. Working alone for a long time and not collaborating 4. Not testing at all before pushing to production π€ I'm working now on intab.io and I'm doing my best to avoid making any of these mistakes π€

if you write a comprehensive guide on how the different Myers personality types should communicate. (e.g how INFJs should think before speaking with an INTJs...) as an INTJ myself, I need to understand rationally how other types process information during a conversation (written/spoken). an actionable cheat sheet for each personality type would be awesome! 16personalities.com is great but I'm...

@Alexander I just opened this link https://www.intercom.com/blog/announcing-product-tours-for-onboarding/ to look at their onboarding and you commented just a few minutes later. the visual builder definitely looks interesting but I think it will take a while before we can implement something like that. However, just to get the ball rolling I will start designing soon some aspects of it in adobe...

there is already a free open source project that does this extremely well (supports Angular, React...) called xlayers and it doesn't require any extension to be downloaded: https://xlayers.dev/
