I just landed a pure FP Scala job through Tom, i cannot think of a single negative point about the whole process, he is definitely they most professional and efficient recruiter i have worked with. Pros: great selection of companies, the talent manager i worked with offered great advice and guidance throughout the whole interviewing process. Cons: I honestly cannot think of one.
