I've used Drift for almost 3 months now and it has helped me deal with user questions much more efficiently! Pros: Knowledge center, automatic responses by a bot, custom tags, lots of useful features available on the free plan. Cons: iOS app needs improving, often shows errors when loading conversations, information available on desktop is not visible in mobile app.
