Organisational psychologist and strategic adviser. His research focuses on inclusive leadership and organisational culture in cross-cultural settings, with contributions to UNESCO policy on inclusive leadership. His practice is grounded in a decade working across institutional and commercial environments in the Gulf - in asset management,operations, and international events, followed by his current work designing and delivering executive programmes for multinational institutions and governments. He works with C-level leaders and teams across EMEA and Asia on organisational culture, leadership psychology, and the management of multicultural organisations. He is Strategic Lead at the London Intercultural Academy and Board Member at the London Intercultural Centre.
