I was forced to use Shakepay to pay for an online order as per the companies directions. I created an account and loaded my funds. Shakepay blocked me from using my funds to make my purchase and ignored me for 4 days, until i finally returned my funds into my account and had to not make the purchase. I sent dozens of messages through email and their online chat however was continuously ignored, then a one message daily response from them , always a question that didnt seem relevant or to address my issues. I still have not received a reason as to why they blocked my transactions and have been unable to have a conversation with any of them. 4 days and counting. I leave 1 star because 0 stars is not an option
