It seems like they just started, but I gave it a try and it was an awesome experience. You simply chat with someone who quickly walks you through the dark side of your desktop, and doesn't leave you until the issue is resolved. Service is free, but once done the system asks if you'd like to tip the person who helped you (default is $3 - far too cheap for the help I got).
