I am pleasantly surprised at how fast the AI coder space is improving. You are solving a genuine problem. Lovable and bolt etc are good for single page apps but real world tools require multiple modules and at times hundreds of files. Congratulations on the launch and best of luck to the entire team

I guess, in the beginning it is just a calculated guess. But when your product matures and you have a history of users, you have more clarity on the Life Time Value (LTV) of your customers. The LTV will drive your life-time pricing.
How to decide/setup life-time pricing?

I am building HitMVP.com which helps app founders plan and manage the development of their app projects. Screenshot is at https://pbs.twimg.com/media/GhPlWImaAAExztB?format=jpg&name=large [Problem] This is essentially a simplified project management system in which the user can write lots of notes and brainstorm their idea in a structured manner. I want to highlight the editable areas by...

One key insight that I learnt early was that make sure that you have only one test going on at a time so that you can attribute all the conversions to that specific test. When you have multiple tests then it is difficult to pinpoint the exact reason for conversion boost/failure
How do you approach A/B testing for content? Any insights from your most successful tests?

How can I help you launch?
I know you have spent sleepless nights working towards your launch. I want to help you and make it less stressful. I can follow you, I can test your app, provide feedback on your landing page or promo video, or I can listen to your pitch. Just let me know.

I think the AI label is a double sided sword. End users expect AI to act like magic and figure out what they have in their mind. Unfortunately AI still depends on the information you give it and then too, it is hit and miss. This is one of the reasons why we do not mention AI at all on the landing page of anywhere in the HitMVP.com application that we are working on. I want the users to feel...

Apart from revenue, the founders need somebody to keep them in the right mindset. The startup journey is filled with ups and downs and keeping the right mindset in all these situations and not losing focus of the startups vision will need external help.

1. Study other apps in the same space, specially the ones with bigger budget and larger teams. You can safely assume that they might have done some UX research and in person interviews for the same 2. Use your gut instinct. Do you as a new user, find the UI intuitive 3. Give your UI or App to the target users and just observe them as they use it 4. Create Analytics events in your apps to...

Don't know whether misconception or not but I have learnt that content marketing is tied to SEO and is the long game. You cannot expect quick ROI for it. But if done correctly, it can give many fold returns in the long term. And it has to be good quality content, otherwise you do get penalized by Google/Youtube/Content platform of your choice

At this stage, for me, not giving up looks like a big win! I come from a technical/development background and marketing and outreach is such a different ballgame. Unlike programming, here everything is fluid and continuously changing. There is no fixed path, no fixed outcome for the same effort... it all appears to be voodoo art.
Share your big win.

Congratulations on the release and best of luck. I like the various views, specially the mind map. It enables me to take a big project and split it down into smaller tasks down to actionable items that take a few hours each. Nicely done.
