This is really a great summary. I also find ROMA’s transparent structure and step-by-step reasoning very valuable. Especially its ability to break down complex processes into smaller, manageable parts makes things much easier in practice. The strong documentation and active community also provide additional confidence. In my opinion, it offers a solid framework that can be preferred both for research and for production environments.

Issues with Sentient Chat "Plan Your Travel" Experience
Technical Issues
The site freezes when accessed.
Location data for some regions is outdated.
No language option users are forced to translate manually, which puts heavy load on the computer and causes crashes.
Translation and Misinterpretation Problems
Due to the lack of translation, some terms are misunderstood.
Example: “Shout a little in Istanbul’s Grand Bazaar” is misleading. In reality, it is the sellers (shopkeepers), not the buyers, who raise their voices. This creates a wrong cultural impression.
Personal and Local Guidance Issue
Users should not be advised on how to behave personally or how to interact with local people.
Personal opinions such as “Go here, don’t go there” should be avoided.
Lack of Official Data Sources
For example, public transportation fare information is outdated.
Instead, users should be redirected directly to official institution websites.
This ensures both accuracy and up-to-date information.
What needs improvement
slow performance (3)multilingual support (2)
