Congrats on the launch, team!
Helping people from unstable economies access reliable financial infrastructure is a mission that truly matters β but it's also where trust is hardest to earn. In cross-border fintech, the first touchpoint β onboarding β is often the biggest drop-off risk.
At PAAS, I work with fintech teams across Latin America and Spain, and we consistently see the same pattern: a great value proposition, but too many steps, unclear verification processes, or a lack of user feedback during onboarding kill early activation.
My recommendation? Focus on making users feel secure and successful in the first 3 minutes. Show them something working fast β even before full KYC is completed. That emotional momentum is key to activation.

Really interesting concept β love the vision behind simplifying fintech operations. One thing I noticed during the initial onboarding is that the flow could be much clearer for first-time users. The value prop gets a bit lost in the early steps, and thatβs often a critical drop-off point in activation.
We see this all the time with early-stage fintechs at PAAS: great ideas, solid tech, but friction in those first user moments can quietly kill growth. Small tweaks in onboarding UX and better guidance can make a huge difference in retention and engagement.
