Do something stressful outside of work. If you have the resources and the right environment, i'd encourage you to go take flying lessons. Flying can be stressful, but it will make your work life feel less stressful.

Launching product on PH can be a gut punch (at least for the unlucky several ones). It will teach you to be humble and that you are not the only smart one in the room. Counterintuitively, this is helpful. However, the audience you gain from an exercise like that can be encouraging.

I typically work more during the weekends. Then spread out the weekends worth of enjoyment over the week. This way, when you actually do your weekend things (shopping, flying, travel etc), you deal with less crowds. At the end of the day, work doesnt suffer, and you spread the stress busters over the work week.
