I purchased a lifetime deal, but the product has never worked properly. Now there is an upgrade, and I am being asked to pay again even though I bought a license that included all future updates and upgrades. Is this legitimate? The contract with LifetimeMitil promised all future features and upgrades, but it is not being honored. I’m sure version 3.0 will also be discontinued at some point....
